Illusion Face and Body Art paints are water-activated, cosmetic-grade face and body paints designed for smooth application, vibrant colour, and reliable performance.
Whether you’re a first-time painter or a professional artist, following these steps will help you get the best results.
What You’ll Need
Illusion Face and Body Art palette
Clean water ( Spritz Bottle )
Brushes and/or sponges
Paper towel or cloth
Clean, dry skin
How to Activate the Paints
Illusion paints are water-activated cakes.
Dip your brush or sponge into clean water ( We recommend using one of our sprtiz bottles to spray direct on the paint )
Remove excess water — damp, not dripping
Gently swirl the brush or sponge on the paint cake
Continue until the paint reaches a creamy, opaque consistency
Tip:
Less water = stronger colour
More water = softer, sheer effects
How to Apply the Paints
For Brushes (Lines & Details)

Apply with light, even pressure
Reload paint as needed to keep lines smooth

Outlines

Layering & Blending
Allow each layer to dry briefly before adding another
